Studio Puddock began in 2020 with the graduation short film ‘Wee Shadows’ a dark and quirky musical tale of grave robbers. But it wouldn’t be until 2023 when I finally gave Studio Puddock its name. Before then, I had been operating as Steven Goodison alone. 

 

For most of its it time, Studio Puddock has been a one man band ran by me, Steven Goodison. With occasional collaborators coming in whenever possible to assist on individual projects. Frequent collaborators include Amelia King and Victor Healy.

 

Studio Puddock has frequently worked with various cultural and historical bodies around Perthshire, including Dunkeld Community Archive, The National Trust, and Museums Galleries Scotland. We love bringing the history and culture of Scotland to life through animation, contributing over 40 short films as part of the Dunkeld and Birnam Heritage Trail.

 

The dream for Studio Puddock is to make a feature film, eventually.
